Meet Colleen
Colleen Malley is an academic coach and school librarian. Through these passions, Colleen helps students prepare for college, career, and life. During the school year, Colleen helps students develop a love of reading, strong information and digital literacy skills, and critical thinking skills with real world connections in the library.
Colleen discovered a hidden passion for writing and reading during her freshman year of college and followed that devotion by becoming a writing coach and peer mentor at Rutgers University and Raritan Valley Community College. She has done service with AmeriCorps as a writing teacher in Austin, Texas and worked with nationally-recognized education non-profit, Breakthrough Collaborative.
Colleen has her Master of Information Science and BA in Organizational Leadership, both from Rutgers University.
